Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

1.1. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of making the reservation, you will receive a full refund.

1.2. If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund, minus service fees.

1.3. If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before check-in, the first night and service fees are non-refundable.

1.4. If you cancel your booking after check-in, no refunds will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Host

2.1. If the host cancels the booking before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

2.2. If the host cancels the booking after check-in, you may be eligible for a refund for the remaining nights of your stay.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.

3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

4.1. In case of extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, Airbnb may override the refund policy to provide full or partial refunds.
